It will be released between December 2010 and January 2011, the new album Ex-Otago .This production tells the life of the band from Genoa and of the exploits of Marco Olmo, a living legend of extreme racing, at the age of 58 years - in 2006 and again in 2007 - became world champion by winning the Ultra Trail Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc, the hardest endurance race in the world.
The new album Ex-Otago will be released in conjunction with the release of the documentary "The Runner" by Stefano and Paolo Casalis Scarafia. These directors have also worked with the processing of the video for "Marco runs."
The album was produced due to popular shareholding, formula, never used before in Italy to produce a disc. The project, called I ALSO PRODUCE THE EX-OTAGO, was an incredible success, involving many fans. This has allowed the band to achieve the third disk and create a whole new relationship with its supporters.
The album was recorded at Studio Grieghallen of Bergen in Norway and is now in the mix with the artistic production of David Bertolini (producer and bass guitarist in Kings of Convenience).
The Ex-Otago will start soon on tour. The zero date is scheduled for November 17 at 'Hangar Bicocca in Milan at Rolling dell’ Exploding Inevitable Party.
